Banff…it is one of my most favorite places to go. Why? In my opinion, it’s one of the prettiest locations because it has the most gorgeous stunning natural landscapes. You don’t have to ski to enjoy Banff; however, if you are a foodie, you will be right at home with these Best Places To Eat in Banff, Canada!Bear Street Tavern
Stop in at Bear Street Tavern if you are wanting fabulous pizza! I had the margarita pizza and it was so yummy!
The garlic cheese fingers with their sweet garlic and marina sauces are a must-try!
Bow Valley Grill
If you’re looking for a great place for breakfast, check out Bow Valley Grill located in the Fairmont Banff Springs.
They have an enormous breakfast buffet that has everything you could possibly want! They also do brunch on the weekends and they are opening for dinner this summer!
Distillery Park Restaurant + Bar
There are SO many great menu options at Distillery Park Restaurant + Bar! It’s located right on Banff Avenue which is the main drag!
Our appetizers were amazing, especially the Cornflake Pulled Pork Fingers with a maple whiskey and bacon dipping sauce. So so great! The BBQ Brisket Poutine and the Campfire Flatbread were also really good!
For entrees, we had the Tinfoil Trout, Pork Chops, and Fish Fry & Chips…
and dessert was Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie, the Smoked Smore (served in a mason jar!) and the Bag of Doughnuts. My favorite by far was the Smoked Smore!
Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Banff Springs
One of my favorite things is afternoon tea at the Fairmont Banff Springs. I have actually had tea here a few times before and it is fantastic every time!
The Maple Maple tea is my favorite. I’ve had it every time and I’ve even bought some to take home! The fruit with mint and chocolate is a fabulous starter!
I love finger foods and their egg salad croissants are the BEST thing on the menu (besides the tea, of course)!
Plenty of choices for desserts too!
High Rollers
If you are looking for a quirky place to grab a bite and have some fun, head to High Rollers.
They have bowling lanes, pool tables, and some seriously great pizza!
Before we got to the pizzas though, we dove into appetizers. This was my favorite-the Rock N Bowl Fries. Fully loaded fries at their best!
The pizzas…I don’t know where to start. The Meat Lovers was classic and The Mac n’ Cheese was probably the most interesting…
but The Canadian completely represented Canada well with its maple syrup drizzle! If you love that hint of sweet with your salty/savory, this is the pizza for you!
Beaver Tails
Grab a Beaver Tail for an afternoon treat. They have many different kinds or create your own!
There is something for everyone in Banff no matter if you are looking for the usual or the unique eats!
Have you been to any of these? If so, let me know which one and what you had! And if you’re looking for somewhere to stay check out this amazing place!
‘Til next time,
