Meet Me

Hey there! I’m Heather, an Alabama-based travel content creator, extreme foodie, and travel photography enthusiast. I have 7+ years under my belt as a blogger and 8+ years of nearly full-time travel experience. Combine that with my jaunt as a travel RN along with a minor in Spanish and I definitely have a unique perspective for digital storytelling!

I qualified for and became a proud member of the North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA), Society of American Travel Writers (SATW), and International Food Wine and Travel Writers Association (IFWTWA).

Subsequently, that unique perspective mentioned above has led me to five NATJA awards in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022!
