One year.
Trimm Travels is a year old today.
In the blog world, this is both significant and insignificant time-wise. It’s significant because starting a blog is a lot an enormous amount of work. Before I even started the design process, I did a good 6-7 months of research and so I knew how much work it would take. Even so, like everything else, until you actually start that new adventure, you have no idea what it’s like. From learning how to start a blog, to photo editing, social media managing, and marketing to running a business…it is a lot of work.
At the same time, it’s insignificant because one year in the blog world isn’t a long time at all. It takes a great amount of time (sometimes years) to get established, grow your blog and your audience.
All that to say, it’s been a fabulous first year. I’m still learning the process and there are goals I still want to attain; however, I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of my family, friends and mentors. Most importantly, I want to thank YOU, the readers! You are why I started this blog in the beginning and every comment, subscription, social media follower and email makes me work that much harder! I appreciate each and every one of you!
