Are you looking for ideas for new, but comfortable outfits to wear to the game or tailgate? Here is the latest outfit I put together for Fashion Friday Football Favorites!
Now, I’m an Auburn graduate, so I will be wearing orange and blue during the fall. But, you can adapt the concept of this outfit to any color scheme for your team! The dress is lightweight and very comfortable. This is a perfect (and necessary) combo for football games this time of year in the south. I love the simplicity of the dress with ruffles on the sleeves for a feminine flair. The neckline gives it a lot of personality too!
Easily accessorized, I paired this dress with gold hoop earrings, an orange multi-strand necklace and a pair of tall brown boots.
The jewelry once again is on the simple side. It typically is with me. The earrings are the gold version of my trusty silver pair.
The necklace is long with a multi-strand layered feature to it and the boots are very comfortable for walking.
I paired this dress with a nail color I have loved for a while. OPI I Eat Mainely Lobster is an older color from the Fall 2011 Touring America Collection. A gorgeous coral shimmer, it’s the perfect shade to wear this time of year with any outfit and definitely the perfect shade to wear with navy for Auburn football! 😉
As usual, here is the ensemble outside so you can get an idea of what it looks like in the sun and in different lighting.

I got the dress from Oh My Sole boutique. They have a storefront here in Birmingham or they ship to the continental 48. Earrings are from Stella & Dot. You can get similar versions of my necklace, boots, as well as the OPI I Eat Mainely Lobster nail color all on Amazon.
Make your game days this fall be comfortable and fun!
‘Til next time…
